Position

Gerax has been one of the leading real estate agencies in Gstaad since its founding in 1970. We specialize in the sale, rental, and management of properties. We act as a discreet and reliable representative of our clients. To expand our property maintenance team, we are looking for an employee (80-100%).

Qualifications

Technical and/or manual basic training
Knowledge of gardening and/or technical systems is an advantage
Independent, organized and responsible work ethic
Willingness for flexible working hours and emergency/alarm assignments
Good verbal language skills in German, English and French
Friendly, well-groomed appearance and team-oriented behavior
Good local knowledge and residence in the region
Driver’s license category B
